On 2 July 2025, MCM signed the National Pact on Business and Human Rights, alongside 14 other Luxembourg companies.
The official ceremony was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Xavier Bettel, as well as Fernand Ernster, President of the Chamber of Commerce and representative of the House of Sustainability, which supports Luxembourg companies in their transition to a more sustainable model.
This Pact is part of the National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights (PAN 2) and represents a voluntary commitment for companies wishing to integrate the United Nations Guiding Principles on Human Rights into their practices.
